A gated golf estate at Gahunje, set between Pune and Lonavala directly off the expressway. Our homes are inside it.
What is on the estate
The golf course. A golf course runs through the middle of the development. Most of our homes look onto it; several look down its full length.
The clubhouse. Clubhouse passes can be arranged for guests staying with us — ask us when you book.
Gated security, around the clock. Entry is controlled at the gate. We arrange your access before you arrive, so there is nothing to sort out when you get there.
Space. It is a large, green, quiet development. That is most of the reason people come.
Where it is
Gahunje, Maval — directly off the Mumbai–Pune Expressway.
About 40 minutes from Pune. Roughly two hours from Mumbai, traffic allowing.
It is an easy drive and a straightforward arrival, which is not true of everywhere in these hills.
