BNB Solutions manages fifty-two serviced apartments across ten towers inside Lodha Belmondo, Pune. We do not own them — we run them, for the people who do.
How it works
Every stay runs through the same sequence, whether it is one night or three weeks. Your booking is confirmed to you on WhatsApp. Guest details are verified before arrival, because the estate is gated and the security desk needs them. Entry details and the address reach you on WhatsApp before you set off.
Housekeeping works from a nightly priority chart rather than an ad-hoc call, which is why a home is ready when we say it is. If something breaks during your stay, the message goes to a person, not a queue.

The same homes are listed on the usual platforms. Booking with us directly means you are talking to the team that actually runs the flat — so a late checkout, an early arrival or an extra bed is a conversation rather than a support ticket.
